Mary’s professional career started as an IT consultant in the telecommunications and banking industries, where she focused on mergers & acquisitions and system software development projects. She went on to help build Hyperdrive’s parent company, Bratton & Co., driving the overall growth of the company world-wide. Mary is also responsible for the financial and administrative objectives of Hyperdrive, AgileCamp and their parent company, Bratton & Company.
Stacey Louie, CEO of Hyperdrive and Enterprise Agile Coach (CSP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe-SPC4)
Stacey Louie is an Enterprise Agile Coach and Trainer. As CEO of Hyperdrive, he’s based in the Silicon Valley supporting large-scale transformations including PayPal, StubHub, Cisco, Hewlett Packard, and Prudential. He founded AgileCamp.org and leads Silicon Valley Agile Leadership Network and Tri-Valley Agile. Stacey has been a technology executive serving as the CIO/ CTO for Fortune 500 companies and start-ups including CIO for Verisk Analytics, overseeing product management, software development, analytics, design and PMO. He led technology as CIO/CTO at LogicEase and Division CIO at a Stewart Information Services having held senior product management positions at Oracle. He specializes in Agile/ Lean practices including Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). He has experience in coaching and training executives, managers, and teams.
Bernie Clark (CSM, CSP, SAFe-SPC4)
Bernard is a SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional and Certified Scrum Master with over 33 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry. He is an experienced trainer, coach and scrum master, with an extensive programming, design and development background. He employs a comprehensive understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle and various methodologies, enabling him to help teams adopt pragmatic Agile practices for delivering optimum business value. He has worked and influenced at the highest levels. Bernard has helped support build agile practices at Elekta, PayPal, Genentech, VM Ware, and NetApp with addtional PMO leadership experience at Wells Fargo Bank.
